1. Agreement to these terms

By using the Gujju World Immigration website or engaging us for consulting or application services you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Who we are

Gujju World Immigration is a licensed immigration consulting firm whose Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) are registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

Our office address is Vancouver, BC, Canada. License details are listed in the footer of every page.

3. Scope of services

We provide eligibility assessments, application preparation, document review, representation before government authorities and post-decision support.

Engagement begins after a signed retainer agreement. Anything you discuss with us before that point — including via website forms or chat — is for general information only and does not create a consultant–client relationship.

4. No guarantee of outcome

Visa and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome, processing time or fee level.

Our role is to give you accurate, current advice and to prepare the strongest possible application based on the information you provide.

5. Client responsibilities

Provide complete, truthful and timely information and documents.

Respond to requests from our team or the visa officer within the timelines we communicate.

Inform us immediately of any material change to your situation (e.g., marriage, child, new job, criminal record).

Pay our professional fees and any third-party fees (government, biometrics, medical, language tests) as agreed.

6. Fees & payments

Professional fees are set out in the retainer agreement and are payable in stages.

Government and third-party fees are separate, paid directly to the relevant body, and are non-refundable once submitted.

Late payments may delay or pause work on your file.

7. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel the retainer at any time. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.

Refund details are governed by your specific retainer agreement and applicable consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, logos, graphics — is owned by Gujju World Immigration or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce or republish material from this site without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profit, loss of opportunity).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when the latest revision took effect. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
